Thursday, April 18 Trinity United Church Ladies' Lunch
 

Trinity Ladies' Lunch is scheduled for Thursday, April 18 in the Assembly Room of Trinity at a cost of $10. Guest speaker will be Jo-Ann Levata of CAA bringing us some “Travel Tips”. Bring a loonie for the draw and why not bring a friend. Reservations can be made by calling Lee-Ann at 807-345-6255.


Friday, April 19 Trinity United Church Movie Night
 

This fun evening is scheduled for Friday, April 19th in the Assembly Room. Scheduled to start at 7:00 pm, come early and pick up your popcorn and refreshments. The movie is “Come From Away” and is a musical production which tells the story of the day following 9/11 in Gander Nfld., where 38 planes carrying 7000 people were grounded. No charge for the movie but a small donation is appreciated for the refreshments.

Consortium Aurora Borealis invites you to join us in celebrating the flute! Penelope Clarke and Doris Dungan, who for many years made up the TBSO's flute section, reunite to perform “Fanciful Flutes”, an endearing programme of solos, duos, and trios with cellist Peter Cosbey.

Sunday, April 21, 2025, 7:30 p.m., St. Paul’s United Church, 349 Waverley Street, Thunder Bay. The church is handicapped-accessible (elevator).  St. Paul's will be hosting this year's Music Matters weekend of workshops, plenaries and singing opportunities for those in involved in the ministry of music in every level and community of faith in The United Church of Canada. The weekend will include:
  • opportunities for interested Thunder Bay choristers to participate in a massed choir
  • a Friday evening hymn festival
  • a Choral Workshop with Dr. Andrée Degenais
  • a special Sunday morning live-streamed worship service

 Trinity's Antique Fair is set for Saturday, May 18 (9:30-2:00). Jewellery, housewares, fine china, crystal, figurines, wall hangings, collectibles and other decorative items. (If you have items to donate, they may be brought in to Trinity Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings.)
